Returns + Exchanges

• KIAME celestial treasures accepts the return of unworn and unused items in their original condition.

• The time window in which you can demand a return is 7 days after the order is delivered to you.

• You may request an exchange or a online credit note. Return costs to our Beirut atelier are the responsibility of the customer.

• Please consider using an insured and trackable courier service, and retain the proof of postage as we cannot be held responsible for loss or damage in transit.

• Due to hygiene purposes, earrings are excluded from returns and refunds. 

• Please notify KIAME on any returns within 7 days after delivery at info@kiame.me . We will then provide our full address details to return the merchandise. After receiving the returned jewelry, we will review the items and refund if it in good condition.

• All the pieces on Sale cannot be returned for exchange or credit. KIAME will only incur the shipping costs of returning the jewelry as a result of our error.
